stuart21
Hi all, I am planning to shoot up at either Barhill or longstanton this weekend. Is there anyone on here that lives in that area, that could tell me if there are many pigeons in the area as I won't have the chance to get up there until then? Thanks
ozzy518
We shoot not too far from there and yes, there are tons of birds about. However, the lads that shoot close to that area say that the woodies will only come into the decoys if the shooter stands in the open butt naked.....Good luck let us know how you get on
bakerboy
If you have to use your ****** as bait, Stuart will not attract very many pigeons.
stuart21
Do the pigeons up there use binoculars then? Edited January 19, 2011 by stuart21

stuart21
Well, I went out yesterday to Slate farm and only saw 3 pigeons in 2 hours and then it started to rain, so I thought I would have a drive about and take a look at another farm in dry drayton. There were hundreds of pigeons, but none would decoy. I was out for about 5 hours and not one bird. Better luck next time, hopefully! Thanks for all your help
