turbo33
After the wet weather over the last few days and no shooting I was starting to get cabin fever I decided it was a long time since the air rifles have been out of the cabinet, so had a play with Hw100 carbine .22 in the garden. After an hour or so experimenting with different mag levels, pellets, ranges and the chairgun software, I couldn't resist going for a try out I had a drive through the wood along the track to see if there were any pigeons about..nothing...but on the way out a scrugger ran across the track and up an ash. Rifle out, and played the hide and seek game His curiosity got the better of him as I waited for him to make the first move. A nice 28 yrd head shot.....very pleasing I then drove into the farm yard. I reversed the truck into the barn from where I could keep an eye on the 3 sitty trees outside. Dropped two at 25 yards and 1 lovely shot at 33 yards. So 3 pigeons and a scrugger.. The pigeons didn't make it to the photo shoot as the scrugger had the last of the battery

The Duncan
Always a lot of claret with a squirrel head shot (and a ringing 'SMACK' sound when the pellet connects with squidgers bonce). Good little session, well done Duncan

Catweazle
Tough little ******* aren't they. I enjoy shooting squirrels with an air rifle too, but they've got so shy in my woods that it's really difficult now. Nice shot by the way
