Imperfection Posted March 7, 2011 Report Share Posted March 7, 2011 Normally birds strip the moss from my roof come nesting time so for a while its clear,but as for a cure to prevent it regrowing? Only thing which might help would be to seal the concrete tiles to make them smooth,but thats a lot of faffing around. You could try mounting your house on a giant wheel and rotate it every so often so no part of your roof ever faces north for any amount of time... mowdy Posted March 7, 2011 Report Share Posted March 7, 2011 once the moss is removed. copper wire fixed along the length of the roof will stop it coming back .we used to use a spray on tiled roofs to kill of the moss but i think the stuff we had has being band for some time.
