MaybeNextTime
No fees? Ahh, Scottish. Scots degrees typically run 4 years rather than the English 3 as you lot have to catch up to A level standard first.
Zapp
What medical history do you have that is keeping you out of the forces? PM me if you dont want to post it up on here.
Boromir
Epilepsy, I don't think I had seizure well ages ago. Stopped taking the tablets (GP advice) when I was 12, that's 14 years ago. So I was thinking could of been misdiagnosed? I mean DVLA aint put no restrictions on my licence. Well I think I'm built for the forces they don't call me hero at rugby and muscles at my work for no reason you know. I am from England originally but might as well use this free tuition to my advantage while its here. I think I've earnt it as I work in the private sector don't receive any benifits and the tax I pay I think I should get something back. MaybeNextTime
Being English you could well be the only student in the University actually paying fees. Other EU students will be exempt but not you. Fair huh? You might qualify for exempt status if you can convince them that Scotland is your place of habitual abode. Have you also considered whether you actually have sufficient qualifications to get on to whatever course you want to do?
39TDS
My one regret that given time over again I would change is to go for a wander. Oz, NZ or somewhere similar on a working trip. I managed to get to Oz last year on a holiday but still wish I had done it 30 years ago.

Zapp
If you have had a diagnosis of epilepsy, even that far back, I dont think you will be able to join the forces at all. However, if you think you may have been misdiagnosed, it couldnt hurt to get it checked out.
pull-bang-miss
If you do decide on the forces, good on you. I have massive respect for serving and now non serving folk.
