Blackpowder
I have just read on AOL news that the law is to be changed regarding people who throw litter from the car. In the past it has been neccessary and difficult to prove who threw the fast food wrappings to the road. The proposed change in law will allow the owner/driver to be prosecuted, and not before time. XD2
Good move, the driver is responsible for people not wearing the their seatbelt so it makes sense, and it annoys me no end the people that do this anyway, like they will never ever pass a bin. The driver is only responsible for those under 14 not wearing a seatbelt. Anybody over 14 is themselves responsible.

figgy
I pity the poor taxi drivers with drunks throwing kebabs and pizzas and spewing out of the windows. Heres your fine for littering and heres another for your passenger not wearing a seat belt. Have good evening sir  ATB figgy
