Matt Gould
hi does anyone know how you fit a hushpower moderator to a single barrel 410 the one what the advertise on the saddlery and gunroom website ? thanks
vampire
The £50 job screws on like a rifle mod,i think it has to be cut proffesionally or you lose proofing, the full length mod is gunsmith job as barrell is drilled full of holes. sitsinhedges
It has a bush that has to be fitted to the taper of your barrel and the mod proper screws on to this

Matt Gould
attluey i understand now, is it possible to drill out the bush if i can find a bit big enough ?
stubby
Im sure it is something that could be fitted at home, as long as your never going to sell the 410, then loosing the proof wouldent matter, as that only really comes into play on re-sale, the only bit Id be worried about, would be getting it 100% STRAIGHT TO BARREL, AS YOU'D ONLY NEED TO BE A GNATS WHISKER OUT, AND THE SILENCER WOULD START CATCHING SHOT, and rattle when you walk
Andy H
Your barrel has a slight taper on it and the bush needs to have the same taper machined into it using a lathe, Do not try it using your black and decker and a spare drill bit as all you will do is scrap the bush.
