hawkeye
You are welcome moxey it was nice to meet another PW member even if he was from Doncaster :D You do realise if you had got the other 2 to make a 50 bag the price would have gone up :P Forgot to add i have also taped ( carry roll of tape in pocket) the ground spike to a fence post to get some more height and it works... stace1g
I always veiwed floaters as a waste of time and more rubbish to cart about..........until i made a swiviling cradle and took it out to try it...i never go without it, and the amazing thing is it works wether there is wind , or calm, i made the mistake of putting it too far out to begin with, the birds dropped in near the floater rather than the decoys, so i positioned it away from me but on a line that would bring the birds in past me....it needs a bit of thought where to put it but well worth the effort taking it.....less is more they say !! ditchman What do you mean by swivelling cradle? sounds interesting! gaz
PaulABF
I never thought I would see a sensible reply from you on a topic thus titled... Maybe the end of the world really is coming! I'm going through the soldier to civvy transition at the minute. I'm all proper growed up now.

Cosd
I like the hyperflaps on floaters and even the magnet. As always the real birds are always best but these I have had good success with as well. I'll bring them up one day so you can give them a try. I'm not a pigeon either!
