Verminator 66
I have put a good bit on the bbs had over 35 heads now stuck in the barrel getting well p--- and you are showing them after shot Have a good look before you shoot have found over 75 out of 200 have got slight splits in before they have been fired and the ones getting stuck seem to be powder not being burnt out was thinking this has to do with them being split

Dekers
Are you talking split cases PRIOR to firing or after, if they are split before take them back!

Catweazle
Contact trading standards and the ammo manufacturers. It's not fit for sale, and dangerous too.

I did go to the supplier and they said It will cost you to send them back and to send you new ones But I cant see why I should have to pay any post as you say NFFP

Don't give in, that is for spineless wimps! You are not a spineless wimp! (well you might be but let's play pretend...). Telephone Consumer Direct, they are government funded and can give you some basic advice - Tel: 08454 04 05 06 Trading Standards are a service offered by your local council, ring them as well and there is also Citizens Advice who can be helpful. Presumably you have had the bullets for a while but that does not matter as they are clearly faulty from manufacture and not exactly subject to wear and tear! Ultimately you may be advised to threaten to take the matter to the small claims court. This is actually not as intimidating as it sounds and actually quite fun particularly as I think you have a watertight case and could not lose. At the very least the entire batch of remaining bullets should be replaced and entirely at the suppliers expense, or you should be offered a full refund. It is up to the supplier to raise the issue with the manufacturer, your "contract" is with the shop. If you are uncomfortable about approaching the shop for a full replacement take an intelligent and knowledgeable friend with you for support and to act as a witness and then make notes of what is said, who - what - when. Don't let the ********** wear you down, the law is on your side, use it.
