Luckyshot
does fac air have to be used on cleared land only or can it be used on any permission without clearance anyone know If your license is closed for fac air then the land needs to be cleared before use unless the land of course has already been cleared previously. Durham-laddie
does fac air have to be used on cleared land only or can it be used on any permission without clearance anyone know If you have had FAC for a while, more often than not it will be open, otherwise your conditions on FAC will dictate
Colster
You still need land clearing if it's closed regardless of the gun. The HO guidance suugests that FLO's should grant FAC Shotguns as open from the start and I would imagine your FEO would soon get jarred off clearing land for FAC Air so I say it was worth asking if it could be opened. I asked for my FAC Air to be opened, then decided I'd ask for the rimmies too and my licence came back all open including the cf's.
