Cosd
Good post, an excellent visual for the newbies. I don't decoy crows but my kit is almost identical for the woodies, except I take a magnet, flapper, bouncer and some wooden BBQ sticks for propping up the heads on shot birds when adding them to the pattern. One comment, where's the hide poles?

One comment, where's the hide poles? I dont bother with hide poles when the cover is good, normally get into the hedge/bush and secure the netting with spring clips/pegs,i also have a couple of static hides in key areas BB
Cosd
Ps I just noticed the carry strap you've added to the bucket seat, great idea, being I want to get away from my enormous carry all and get a rucksack which is much more comfortable to carry, I might nick your idea on that if you don't mind! monkeyboots
bluebarrells how do u find the stealth net for crows ive found that the crows tend to see me threw it even with a good thick background so i have to take a old bit of standard army cammo net to put over the stelth net which seems to do the trick although when pigeon decoying the stelth net on its own works fine for the woodies, the only 2 things i use that isnt in your kit is the flapper and floater which fits in my hide pole bag and the flapper fits inside my seat bucket
