Rich106
Hi all just curious as to how long a service usually takes, I've done it through my local RFD and was quoted "about £90" which I thought was fair enough seeing as I don't have to find packaging and arrange delivery plus they already had it in the shop. I rung them on Thursday (5th) and he said he had just boxed it up I'm guessing it didn't get out til Monday lucky if it was Friday. How long have Hull taken to return your rifle from when they received it? ATB Rich
Tiger955i
Hi Rich I sent my HW100 down to Hull Cartridge a couple of years ago to have several of its seals replaced and its regulator sorted as well. They had the rifle for about a week to do the job and I think the bill was around the £80.00 mark. I parceled it up and sent it there myslf. I seem to remember carriage down there was around £25.00 but this included insurance I hope this helps.

scuta
Good luck..........My HW100 was sent back 6 weeks ago to be looked at. I was busy, so didn't miss it. However after 4 weeks chased them up to find it had just sat there - no apologies. 'Phoned today (a further two weeks) to be told they'll get back to me tomorrow. This is the third time the rifle has been back in 18 months, on each occassion they've had the rifle at least three weeks. So, I love the HW100, I think it's beautifully engineered & put together, however it's idiosyncratic & if you get one with a problem it's a hell of a lot of money for a gun that doesn't work and to make it worse, Hull's customer service IMHO isn't worth a ****!!!!!
