semiautolee Posted May 20, 2011 Report Share Posted May 20, 2011 (edited) well guys i have finally broken the ice with my first fox (cub) tonight i decided to go and do a bit roost shooting in a small wood i have on one of my permissions well it wasnt very successfull......i only got one pigeon!! :yp: not that there was many coming to the wood! anyway i decided to walk further into the wood, and in the corner of my eye in the distance i seen them all walking about 5 fox cubs i headed in there direction but they pizzled off i sat and waited for an hour to see if they came back out to play and they didnt i was a little bit sick by then so i went along to the other end of the wood and there was nothing but branches not a pest in sight! on my way back through the wood i spotted a cub heading my way i got behind a tree out of sight and he cut across the wood going away from me and he was in range (maybe a bit to close what a mess ) and the adrenaline was really pumping now! bang......i got him my first fox (cub) in the bag since i started shooting! all i need to do now is get the other 4 and mrs fox the farmer should be happy, i no i am! here he is......i cant add other photos as they will be removed by the mods for being a bit grusome Edited May 20, 2011 by semiautolee Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
