DaveK
A couple of garden poles from B&Q or Wilko's £1.99 each, some inner tube and a couple of bits of pipe lagging. Bipod for @ a fiver. :good:

Frenchieboy
For a monopod I use one of those telescopic hiking stichs which has a piece of antler fixed to the top of it to make it into a thumbstick. Nice and light, easy to carry, great for shooting off especially when lamping rabbits with the HMR and also a great help for "stablising yourself" if walking oner rough ground in the dark! Other than that I have 2 of the same telescopic hiking poles that are fixed together to make an easily carried bipod!
kent
unless you need to do a lot of longer range standers i shouldn't bother with them on the rimfires, indeed with c/fires they are often more hastle than they are worth at shorter range. they certainly make things easier at 100 yds and with practice you can shoot almost as well as prone with them but 50 yds and under they slow things down and are something else to carry imo. i love a single long thumbstick for glassing the ground though best thing with adjustables is set them and leave them or mark the correct points for you otherwise its a lot of faff and no consistancy.
