Sheath Knife restoration

I want to get it sorted before I hand back to its owner  my brother. When we were Sea scouts, I remember Mum taking us to the scouts shop to buy us a knife each. I lost mine many years ago but the brother loaned me his. So I would like it to look good as new if possible.

Googling brings up knife makers but not much on restoration.

thanks

Mate I'm no expert but I would have thought its relatively easy to do yourself. It would probably cost a lot more than the value of the knife to pay someone to do it for you? The blade looks like mainly a polishing job starting coarse then ever finer paper then metal polish and a good sharpen. Perhaps some stain and leather conditioner on the sheath?
