Dekers
My lad wants to take his Dad fishing on Fathers Day. The idea of a new site appeals to both of us, can anyone advise on a site within about 15 miles of Reading please? Obviously we want the "ideal", quiet, easy to find and park, no screaming brats, no power boats, no overhanging trees or weeds everywhere, preferably free ....you know, the normal type of Fishery :o :o Oh yes, and a few fish would help, we can deal with general course but maybe Carp. One problem could be his Dog, so if it was dog friendly (only ours you understand, I don't want them all over the place) so much the better, if not he will just have to stay behind and **** all over my kitchen floor! Great, thanks for that, I'm not the biggest fisherman these days but I'm surprised just how many of those I know. Cheers
butchdickason
Try Pondwood at White Waltham, very good carp and Cat fish, several ponds to chose from. Just Google Pondwood and you will get all the info. Butch

Butch Unbelievable, appreciate, but I have known Mick Holdaway (and been shooting with him) for about 20 years, watched him cut down the trees, helped him dig, and seen him build his house (HIMSELF) around (over) the old bungalow/cottage, as well as develop the land, paint ball, hovercraft, etc etc over the years........ the odds are we may end up back there, but we were looking for a change!
