quicksilver
I shoot slot of rabbits on a golf course on foot, i use a cheap golf trolley with a large b&q bucket strapped to it. It makes collecting up to 25 rabbits relatively easy. I can't paunch them on the course so I have to carry the full weight the golf trolley is a big help. I will post pictures later. The handle also doubles as a good steady shooting stick. Keith

gixer1
Why would you carry them when you can just shoot them and leave them...
Frenchieboy
A rucksack with good padded shoulder straps and a strong waterproof garden waste bag for a liner does me fine, gutting them as I shoot them to keep the weight down! If I am having a really good session (Very rarely happens though) and the bag gets a litle heavy I hock and hang them on a fence and pick them up on the return journey - It gives them a chance to cool down and air rather than having them sweating or smelling! Mind you, I rarely get enough to worry about the weight of my rucksack getting too heavy for me even though I am an "old fogey"!
955i
I remember seeing somewhere that someone used a garden rake head on lightweight rope for carrying pheasant. They put the neck between the tines. I assume that a rabbits neck would also fit in the gap so that's a cheap possibility.
