Hi, im new to shotguns so last week the landowner lent me a a 20 bore gunmark falcon which was nice and light but i couldnt hit jack with so today i borrowed a Fausti Stefano 12 gauge o/u fixed choke 28 inch barrels from him, looks around 20 years old but found that it felt right and i can shoot straight with it ,had my first pigeon of the wing, what a buzz!,and 2 rabbits this evening.

Ive got the shotgun bug, what great fun.Im going pigeon decoying sunday with the Fausti.

Hopefully bag a few pigeons for the freezer.

Good luck with your future outings and get yourself a Shotgun Certificate ASAP.

It sounds as though you have one of the really good Farmers there. :good:

Looks like you've learnt a valuable lesson early there mate. It doesn't matter about the looks, age, name, etc. of a gun, but that it fits you correctly & feels right.

At least you have seen this at this early stage before spending wads of cash on ill fitting guns that soon get changed!

Enjoy your shooting.
