I'm not sure if this is allowed but if it is not then I will appologise in advance and be happy for the mods to delete this post.

I have just launched a new web site for our gun club (Chadderton Rifle and Pistol Club) and would like opinions on any improvements that could be made.

I am still waiting for some photos of the Small Bore and Full Bore Ranges and shooting but apart from that I am reasonably happy with it.

Could I just politely ask that if you want to make any adverse comments (Or fault finding) that you make them directly to me and not in the club's on line guest book guys.

I am looking for any "constructive criticism" you can offer guys.

Thanks guys!

The site is at:

As per the link on my signature!

Does the job and gives you a presence on the internet :)

If you want to increase your search engine chances (i.e. somebody to find you in google), you might want to add some descriptive metatags and rename some of your pages to a more optimised format :)

Other than that, does what it says on the tin!

You are quite right there. I still have to add the metatags and register it on the search engines. As for rebaming saome of the pages that is worth a thought.

This is the sort of opinions I was looking for, thanks!

I was asked not to put prices on the web site at they would rather deal with potential new members on a more personal level.

As HuffHuff said, stick some Metatags on there.

Name your photos something like 'shotgun clay shooting.jpeg' and it'll give your page a little boost on the engines.

Submitting to Google is a piece of cake. There are loads of Mass-Submission engines out there which will give your URL to 50+ search engines. However it can take weeks to months to get listed on Google.

Oh and your counter needs another &nbsp above it.
