These stopping smoking threads seem to be on a weekly basis now. <insert yawning smiley here> It really isn't rocket science or difficult. I went from an 8 year 40 a day smoker to none at all using good old willpower. Simple, there you go, how to give up smoking in one word WILLPOWER. Now please PW smokey bleeding hearts, get a grip.
