northy
Mrs. Northy just called me to say she’s in a farm shop, and bought me Goat chops for dinner tonight, and Goose eggs for breakfast.... Anyone know what to do with these? Do I treat Goat like Lamb? - thought I might BBQ if still nice later. How long should I boil Goose eggs to achieve a good soft boiled egg? Thanks Northy [sorry Mods please move me]..... Edited July 2, 2011 by northy

ollie
Myself and Glensman from on her regularly stalk wild goat. We normally roast the legs and make stews out of the odds and ends. I don't know what you would do with the chops but I would suggest slow cooking. I love goat, it has a similar taste to Lamb which I also love.
