Hiya,

headed out tonight with the Rapid, HMR and triple in tow and a cunning plan, it was hit on the head when I got a call to go see another permission :good: got back on track by 8.30 and first stop was sort out some ferals with the Rapid got 3, 2 Woodies and a Rook which were all kept for my bait station for Mr Fox on another farm. Headed off to the next port of call which was to get some Rabbits with the HMR.. 4 shots 4 full grown bunnies for the pot.. result :) Next stop was to have an hour with the triple to see if mr fox was out early. I set up about 140 yrds from my bait station and waited, I spotted a Roe Doe in the next field and had a good look about to see if she had a buck in tow but she was alone. As she slowly made her way toward me she stopped in her tracks when a fox came running out of cover and looked to be squaring up to her just about 150 yrds from me, it made the mistake of standing still for just too long and met my 50 grain V-MAX to the engine room. The Doe looked suitably confused when the fox fell over then decided it was a good idea not to be there :)

Anyway Fox number 26 for the Triple since December :)
