D_H_P
I was until yesterday asking myself the same question. There are a lot of nice guns. I went to lots of shops and tried as many rifles as possible to see how they felt. I ended Up with an Air Arms TX200 HC. Lots of various opinions on the web. You perhaps need to find what guns are good to hold for your body, then think about the technical specs of the options?
jacksdad
If you want a good, light, well balanced springer try a Weihrauch HW99S. Full power rifle (11.5 ft lb on H&N FTT) but much smaller/lighter than a HW80 etc. Plain stock, keeps the price down and the quality up! Are you prepared to travel to get a rifle? Might help if you put your home town in your profile, we could be able to recommend places to look then!
