super sharp shooter
Can't you cut the trees down
-Mongrel-
I may stand to be corrected, but I believe it's illegal to bait for them.
stubby
with any form of pest control, you need to show that all other deterents have been tried first, before taking culling as the final option, ie, pigeon spiking roosting areas, predator decoys etc, but yes you can cull on grounds of health and safety, fouling when wet being a slip hazard etc, but you cannot bait to bring them down, unless live trapping, which would be far more efficent than pot shots with a rifle into trees etc,

kent
If these are ferals they pose quite a risk to human health as they carry a stack of nasty deseases. If they are just a few woodies, get real and book a day instead

If they are just a few woodies, get real and book a day instead yeah gotta agree, sounds like your clutching at straws a bit mate just to be able to get some shooting. i'd say the general licence wouldn't cover you in this scenario.
