Davy Holt
Hiya, Wet out this morning for a wander with the triple and Rapid 7, first job was to check the feeding station for prints as the foxes were a no show last night. Mind you it was hardly surprising with the noise comming from the duck shooters on the pond in the next field.. thanks guy's that's more noise I'm getting the blame for making wanderedrd down and low and behold there were prints everywhere only none of them were Fox :( A couple of the local magpie population had been taking a liking to the cat food :( So I sat about for a while waiting to see if they came back to finish off what was left, I didnt need to wait long I could just see the head of it as it pecked away at the food yardsyrds away, I lined up the cross hairs and let loose a 50 grain V-MAX. Just as it hit home another magpie landed on the post right above it, so a quick reload and it fell too I left that farm and headed to another and managed 2 Woodies, 7 Rooks and a Jacky with the Rapid before the rain halted play.. so not a bad morning
