Redditch Posted September 22, 2011 Report Share Posted September 22, 2011 (edited) Yep, in Scotland AND Northern Ireland, you can use lead away from water when shooting wildfowl, but in England and Wales they have a stupid rule that states that ALL waterfowl, NO MATTER WHERE they are, have to be shot with steel.
