I have decided to sell the bipod below

It is 9-13inch harris copy bipod. I think the manufacturer is rockmount. It is in good condition. I have striped it and loctited the screws to prevent them coming loose.

I am looking for £35 posted.

BO----KS! missed it

look on ebay, I got mine off there delivered in 3 days from the states with no duties etc

At a guess the locktited nuts are the main pivot ones on the legs if its anything like mine. Apart from that they are pretty much the same as the harris pods except for the cost

Have a look on ebay.

Webber surely you cant hold it against me that I sold it to a guy who said yes I will have it rather than holding out for a guy who might not bother?

The loctited nuts are the ones the legs pivot on as they worked loose which would have been a problem if the guy I was stalking with had not been able to lend me his spare bipod.

I dont really hold it against you, but do question your ethics.

However thanks to another PW member, I shall be able to secure new nuts with Loctite of known prevenance, at little additional cost and enjoy a degree of consumer protection should it be needed.

Please read my previous post carefully, it is correctly worded.

I was the first to reply to your offer, and was prepared to purchase subject to satisfactory answers to two poinyant questions being satisfactorily answered. Instead of answering the question in a timely manner you chose to sell to another. That is your perogitive, but I am entitled to question your business ethics. Your last response does give the impression of a pricked consience, albeit ever so slightly.

I trust that your transaction goes smoothly and that your customer is satisfied with his purchase.

As detailed previously, I have now ordered from elsewhere, at a price which is not too far away from yours. The difference being that the product is new, and covered by a manufacturers warranty etc; and therefore is probably a better buy. You may therefore may have inadvertantly done me a favour, for which I thank you.

I hope your bipod serves you well. As it hapens I had PMs from this site before you posted and the bipod was sold on another site to a guy who responded to me before you did and as I said you made no commitment to buy any way. all you commited to was scratching your head.
