I bought one a few yrs ago..placed it in field..daytime..anyway did a bit of calling..then farmer comes over..my position is at top of a hill and i have a bit of a brow to look over..My farmer has a look over and sees this enticer and starts laughing..saying what the bloody hell is that..then we are joined buy his wife..as we are chatting i peep over only to see a fox stalking the enticer..i then realised with chatting i didnt even set the rifle up..no bipod..no loaded mag..quickly got my act together..slip as low as poss over the brow and took the fox..it certainly wiped the funny "**** take" grin of the farmers face..lol..so they do work..

Ive only ever used it a few times counting for 2 fox in daytime..but that was it not used it since.

the best time to use on the crows is when the young are fledging, the adults are very protective and come screaming in oblivious to any thing else, other times of the year there not interested, last time i used mine looked out of the hide and couldn't see it ,found it on the far side of the field, put it back out and a gos'hawk swooped down and took it watched him fly off with it and dropped it a long way off in a ditch full of water ,dried it out but never got it working again, but what a great sight the gos'hawk hit my deeks all day turning most of them over at somtime, never saw him coming once only as he arrived magnificent made my day .
