I have yet to have a problem with any Farmer/Landowner when i ask for permission in writing. I know it's not a legal requirement but it makes life a lot easier.. Thank you ,am just saying there may be a possibility your insurance(and mine ) might be null and void if you can't prove you have permission,,,,,,,, anybody from basc on site available to give there views ?
