alexf
Well went yesterday to the gun shop and had a good look at the carbon Maxus, didn't have a go of it as I had my 1 year old with me but have shot a Maxus before. All I can say is it's a lovely gun and can definitely see the appeal. Good choice EE Have to say very tempted by one.

barrie0
Well just popped up to Ian Coleys and had a look at the Maxus and a Fabarm XLR and walked out with The Maxus Carbon Fibre. Not had a chance to use it yet but will try it out tomorrow at the farm and then Sunday on 100 clays. Feels really nice and comes up to the shoulder well. The only gripe I have is you only get one stock spacer in the case! it would only cost Browning a few quid to supply a couple more for you! barrie0
It's a tadge too short for me to be honest with just the one spacer so I will be looking to grab another two I reckon.

Do you mean the the but spacers, mine came with two, takes it to 15 inch lop may be worth checking with the shop to see what it should come with its not uncommon for bits to be missed out in the factory. barrie0
Yes Gemini, the butt spacers. I did question the chap in the shop about how many you get and he said just the one. It does say on the Browning website that you only get one as well. Tight **** ! Browning invites you to get your hands on this new model and tell us what you think.
