Multi choking a fixed choke

Hi all as per the title really. I've been searching without luck for a spare Browning A5 barrel for a few weeks now. I'm just wondering if anyone has had a fixed choke gun multi choked? If so who, where and how much?

Any replies much appreciated.

Cheers John

Aren't MC barrels fluted on the outside to put up with the weakening of the interior due to the machining ops?

I'm not saying that it can't be done, but I was under the impression that MC barrels have to be oversized at the muzzle to allow the extra material to be taken out when boring and tapping.

I could be talking schitt of course!

Maybe,

But IMO I think that the choke itself, once fixed into the muzzle will be plenty strong enough. They are made from very strong metals. This should make up for the muzzle being thin.
