Kessingland is around 4-5 miles past Lowestoft ,next beach up from pakefield ,if you have a satnav then put in NR33 7TF and that will take you into kessingland then just follow the road down to the sea there is limited parking opposite the bar/resteraunt on the sea front I have always managed to get parked there ,but if not I am told there is parking up some of the back streets.

Rig wise nothing fancy needed just a two hook flapper for the whiting and I will also have a rod with a clipped down pennel on in hope rather than expectation of a cod. if you want to meet up there is no rush as even if your there a 5-6pm you will have most if not all the flood to fish,we are going early because LEEDS CHIMP is scared of setting up in the dark ,think he is worried about casting up the beach rather than into the sea :lol:

never liked setting up in the dark or rushing....learnt my lesson years ago as rushed to set up and did not tie a knot right and lost a cracking fish 2 hours later
