Not round here but i have heard that a few shoots are graced by D. Duck, The Duck House, Walt Disney, UK, WA11 LEY.

 

Apparently he gets around a bit.

We have to write down our name, address, how much we have been paid and sign it! I think its to go through the business as a tax loss as the shoot is an invite only family shoot.

yep its happening more and more on the big shoots,just save your fuel receits to off set againts what you get paid also clothing boots dog food repairs to car ect ect,at the end of the day you like everyone else will owe nothing in tax,its just a paper trail for the tax man to try and get more money

I was forced onto one of the shoots I worked at, rather than ******* the beaters off, they still paid them their £25 and paid the tax off themselves.

we haven't got it here yet but some soots do a lot of days and when run commercially there is only so much cash you can loose from a business when its 50k plus a year the tax man does want to know who has received it

Of course you are evading tax taking cash in hand. There will come a point when it all goes through the books and you get taxed. Rather than raising taxes I hear HMRC are getting more fussy about all the tax people avoid!
