vole
Us decent law abiding types rely on the law to defend us . Unlike the bad guys , we are not as ready to use violence as we are normal family guys .We do not threaten to get revenge or spit abuse outside the court like they do to scare us . They are normally hot headed scum suckers who in between house breaking and other crimes think nothing of road raging us . Thoughts are with you and I hope you get him . I bet that is not a first or a last for this bum. Sadly , the bad guys hold the cards these days so you will need all the luck you can get . Vince Green
never retaliate, take your revenge cold, its much sweeter. These ####s are better served up later when they have time to reflect. Thats always assuming that you can get our (Britain's finest) ******** police to act. I had two and neither was acted on. My mother (80!) has one going on at the moment and the police say there is insufficient evidence despite two witnesses Its going to civil court in January. Turkish woman side swiped my mums car and wrote it off, got out and gave my mum a load of verbal before driving off. But where are the police in all this? Civil matter, thats all they will say. Plonkers IMO no follow up on failing to give details or leaving the scene. What confidence have we got in them? MK38
Sorry to hear of your troubles Andy, but i admire your restraint.... don't know if i could have shown as much. To put up with such pricks shows great courage and thought of your little un .... not to mention how much a responsible gun owner you are. Glad you are both ok, i hope it didn't upset her too much. Good luck with getting him done though, i reckon the law will just let the insurance sort the car and let him off with a caution... less work for them. Keep well, Dave
CZ550Kevlar
UPDATE- Phoned the police today as the thing was in for interview on Wednesday 4th Jan, all they told me was that he has now been reported/passed to the CPS for the offence of Assault. I assume this means he denied assaulting me etc and it`s down to the CPS to decide if it goes to court, which they will probably say no due to lack of evidence as there was only me and my daughter in the car.
