youngshot Posted July 17, 2006 Report Share Posted July 17, 2006 In the winter after beating when i get some birds i just hang them straight up in the shed till i can be bothered to deal with them, wen i pulck and gut them in 1 go and bang them in the frezer! leaving the inards inside while hanging make the meat taste more gamey, so its a matter of personal taste!
