.410 Reloading

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys

I am a reloading beginner and am looking to put a few .410 shells together after getting my powder scales for Christmas. I have just finished reading climbing the north face of the .410 and am not sure how to work up a usable (and more importantly) safe load. Where I shoot I need to use fibre or cork wads but all recipes in the book are for the various forms of plastic wads and cups.

Does anyone have a recipe I could pinch for 65 and 76mm Cheddite type cases? I am looking to produce 14g and magnum (18g plus) loads.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Brian
