foggy011983
Do you have to tell police if you have received a section 27 when you apply for a variation?
Scully
If it occurred since your last application then I suppose the answer is yes.Isn't it an anti-social behaviour directive? If you have received one licensing will know anyhow,so I would declare it...better than them asking you why you haven't. For a definitive answer why not ring them or your FEO and ask?It isn't as if they wont know you've got one,all your're enquiring about is if it has to be declared. foggy011983
Cheers. Yes it's a dispersal order. Basically a girl had a heart problem in a club in ipswich. Im a trained first aider and rushed to help her. After ambulance was called the bouncers wanted to eject her before the ambulance got there and both myself and her got removed from the club. I tried speaking to the police outside and stressed how irresponsible the bouncers had been although this seemed to fall on deaf ears and I got given a section 27 to leave the area which I did. The girl got taken to hospital and as far as I'm aware she was ok. The paramedics thanked me but to be honest I'm disgusted with the bouncers and police attitude, but I guess thats the society we live in. I just don't want this to affect my licence even though I have spoken to a sargent who seems to think there won't be any information on the system as it's not a caution. I'm getting to old for the club scene and I think that will be my last now. all it did was ruin my birthday outing.

berties
if you have explained the situation to your fire arms department all should be ok it is a caution but if you try to argue at the time you can get lifted for d+d,my advice at the time would have been to record all the conversations you have had and document it with witnesses and take the case to the higher areas,I did this for a lad that works for me the other day same sort of conditions he did the good Samaritan thing and got a beating while old bill looked on telling him to **** off,we got the section dropped straight away and a full apology,I go by the rule that the Police are payed by us

It just strengthens my thoughts that I hate towns and would rather be out in a field or down my local pub with people I know lol. I've learnt from this basically don't help and carry on walking even if it means that person could get injured otherwise it's you who gets the hastle. It's not worth it...
