Don`t think you`ll get clear NV to 100yds for that sort of money but I could be wrong.I`ve used a fair bit of MUCH more expensive kit

and some of that wasn`t that good at range.Pays to have a look thro` stuff in your own conditions before you part with readies if poss.

Pulsar challenger, you will see rabbits to 150 yards on a good night but you will also need a decent ir laser such as an n1000. It also depends on what scope you are adding it onto as well, mtc mamba lite scopes seem to perform the best but there are cheaper options as long as the scope has an adjustable parrellex.

The night vision unit will be around the £250 mark but then you have the ir laser and scope to consider on top of that.

All gen 1 stuff and digital needs a good ir source, again there are cheaper options such as a lamp with ir filter, but the lazers are smaller and alot more powerful.

Every time you go for a cheaper option on the scope and ir it will affect the performance of the end result.

You could also consider the camcorder route for your budget, but I have no experience with this type of set up.
