BrowningDJC
After recently buying my L200 warrior I'm looking for a new set of tyres as the bridgestone dueler ht's will eventually mean me getting stuck! Have any L200 owners on here fitted 265/75/16 tyres? The standard size 265/70/16 seems to have a very limited choice especially when it comes to mud terrain. I've searched some forums and some say the 75 profile can be fitted without suspension mods and dont catch, others say they cant. Dont want to be messing around with lift kits etc as its my everyday car aswel.

BrowningDJC
Did you have to raise the torsion bar on the front?
88b
The profile of the tye is the percentage of the tread width so with the std. tyres it's 70% of 265mm, so another 5% is 13.25 just over 1/2". I'd have thought Mitsubishi were cutting it a bit close if it fouled the body with a small change. It will made the speedo read a little slow but as 99% of vehicles read slow it will probably be more accurate.

al4x
I changed mine to 245/75/16 the rolling radius is very nearly identical and the tyres are far cheaper with it being a more common 4x4 size. AT2's were £400 for the set fitted
