Cranfield
I prefer shells. Put movement in your layout, strong, stackable and a lot cheaper.
Matt Gould
I prefer shells. Put movement in your layout, strong, stackable and a lot cheaper. +1, also shells are alot more versatile. with the fuds the sit very low to the ground with a short metal steak which if set up in tall rape/standing crops......... the decoying is hidden :(, im lucky to have FUD,SHELLS,full bodied IMO they all thave there uses i like the full bodied for putting up in the trees, i like the fuds for carring on long trips. but i must say the shells come out with me the most. Teal
Get shells and put the remainder into a bouncer or two, that will get you started, I think UK Shootwarehouse shell's are about £30 for 10 and you get a 5-10% discount if you tell them you're a Pigeon Watch member
humperdingle
Check out a simple mod for FUDs, but could probably be adapted to use on any decoy, really... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXp4qcDBkcQ Edited February 13, 2012 by humperdingle
