Gordon R
Ilfracombe - two very good clay grounds within a mile or so. Plenty of hotels with gunsafes.

It is a nice friendly little ground and is open everyday it is also within easy reach of Dartmmoor if you want to get out and about.
PhilR
Southern Counties between Yeovil and Dorchester in Dorset on the A37 so not far from Weymouth, Chesil Beach etc. The gunshop will probably let you keep your gun in their strongroom, they do when we have selection shoots there. JR1960
Ilfracombe - two very good clay grounds within a mile or so. Plenty of hotels with gunsafes. Yeah I'd second that. Had a brilliant time there 25 years ago, and still the same instructor! I'm thinking of going back this year. Although I wouldn't necessarily want to stay in Ilfracombe itself......
