monty2484
I WANT TO TEST THE WATER HERE I have a very large 9m x 9m surplus Army vehicle cam net, that i am going to sell. But i am not sure as to whether to sell it as it is or cut it down into more manageable sizes like 2m x 2m, or 3m x 3m? It is very large and would require collection only! if left. I am new to pigeon shooting/hide making, so what is a good size to build a screen/hide? IDEAS?? Thanks
Seamus
I'd be interested in it as is, left as 9mx9m size (if the price is right ); but would probably need it posting (at my cost of course). Welcome to drop me a PM if you have an idea on what you want for it, and if you fancy messing about with posting!

pegasus bridge
for use as pigeon hides i would cut it down to 4.5m x 1.5m pieces, unless my maths has failed me (and it quite possibly has) this would give you 12 individual nets
motty
I would cut it into 9m x 1.5-2m pieces. Sometimes a hide net is just not long enough ie when making a hide in the middle of a field. This means you can double up on the thickness of the hide if you like and is plenty big enough for a roomy 2 man space.
monty2484
Thanks for all of the advise fellas I think i will cut it like you say 9m x 1.5m! I think £20 would be reasonable for a net that size? as it is brand new! I will get some pics at the weekend and post them.
