Simster
If you are talking about the ones with 2 arms and a seat, where 1 arm can bend over to throw rabbits and you can "supposedly" stack 2 clays on each arm ! Then don't bother, as the other poster mentioned stick to British made. Our Sunday straw baler club bought one and they are not great, the "wobbler" joints are not great as you need a spanner to loosen / tighten but can only do a quarter or half turn so they take an age to change. They don't seem to be able to throw a clay very far or very fast (nowhere near as good as a bowman)even with the springs tightened up. The string release, when pulled did nothing, the arm stayed where it was. The arms also look to be made out of something similar to aluminium windows frames. I'd say it could be improved with a little work, we may look to strenghthen ours a bit and may replace the throwing arms as we have a couple of guys who are good at that sort of thing but not all they are cracked up to be. All in all I wouldn't recommend.
