Bloggs
Mornin' all, I just had to start a new thread about the service that I've had from Kelbrook Lodge Guns. I've been shooting for a relatively short while and because of the fact that I'm in the RAF and work away from home I decided that I could do with a second O/U to leave in the armoury at work so that I'm not constantly commuting with a shottie in the boot of the car. Anyway I've always liked the look/fit of the Browning Cynergy and I found one on Kelbrook Lodge's web site - a grade 3 Hunter with 30" barrels and at a very good price. So I rang them up and they were extremely helpful and RFD the gun to Phil Webster my local gunsmith. Unfortunately the Cynergy developed a problem, I went up to Lakenheath clay shooting ground with Burt (off this forum) and several times the Cynergy's action locked up in the open position - the only way to close the gun was to actually remove the forend. I was gutted as I really liked the gun Obviously the next step was to contact Kelbrook Lodge, I dealt with a very helpful chap - Aaron. I've got to say that the service I received was most welcoming. Aaron went out of his way to sort out the issue I had. I returned the gun to them and we discussed what route that I wanted to go. I was so pleased with the service that I actually sent my GTS Elite up to them to give me a part ex price. The price quoted was very fair and with the money from the Cynergy I had enough cash to purchase a brand new Browning Ultra XS Prestige . Just to sum up, I'd like to say a huge thank you to Aaron at Kelbrook Lodge, their service is first class, I'm sure if you deal with them you'll be suitably impressed. p.s. The wait for my new toy is absolutely killin' me Edited March 31, 2012 by Bloggs

TattooedClayBreaker
Went to Kelbrook Lodge yesterday & got there later than expected due to the sat nav sending us on a wild goose chase through some very narrow & winding country lanes & up a ford! Arrived at 2:45 ish so only had 10/15 mins to have a look at a lanber I spotted online, we were greeted by Aaron who was absolutely fantastic & didn't mind hanging on for us to take a look around! The lanber had been sold only an hour earlier but Aaron showed us several other guns & we settled for another Lanber Sporter he had for around the same money. The old fella got carried away & bought a .410 for ratting as well, he just couldn't resist, Aaron through in a couple of gunslips for free so happy days. Great service & would defo recommend Kelbrook to anyone & also for a days shooting, had a look round shoot & it looks very impressive indeed, lots of variety.
