Yes, even with the 2 spacers fitted, long neck & arms don't help! Shot ok with the spacers fitted but tried with butt extension on & instant improvement. I found my that my face/cheek were touching my trigger hand without the butt extension so I was a bit hunched up if that makes sense.

Both great guns I went with the Composite Maxus after the Mrs purchased a Maxus Grade III. No problems with both as of yet apart from 24g carts not always cycling in my wife's Maxus but not happened since she started using 28g carts. I probably would of bought a sx3 if the maxus hadn't come up at the right price so personal preference really & which fits best. I use a slip on butt extender on the Maxus as they are a bit shorter.

Had no problems with Eley First 28g through the Maxus but the Mrs has had a few issues with Eley First 24g's through her Maxus. We have noticed that they are very dirty carts. Tried a slab of Eley Blues which I preferred over the the Firsts, also a bit cleaner but not as clean Hull Super fast & Comp X. -
Weber pr301 primer, diluted as per instructions on packaging for your chosen substrate, then weber floor flex SLC, can go up to 25mm. This is what I use on all floors, this stuff is the business. As Mk1 Man says use a a spiked roller, gets all the air pockets out for a smooth level finish. I would not recommend any products from B&Q or any of the DIY sheds, just my opinion though!

Just a few tips we have picked up on after a few trips, Wont list them all, be here for hours! Circle line Harbour cruise is well worth the money, great views & photo opportunity & great info by guide on board, We have done it twice now & would do it again if & when we go back. As said above, best way to see the the city is to hit the streets & follow your nose! I would recommend going to Top Of The Rock at Rockerfella Centre for city views & photo opportunities rather than Empire State building. If using subway get a day pass or a 2 day pass if possible, cheap as chips. Central Park is worth a stomp round if you the time or a horse & carriage ride if you want a quick whistle stop tour, just be careful when entering park on foot as we have encountered a few undesirables clocking cameras, phones etc so just a word of warning but don't let it put you off! Food & drink is amazing plenty of places to try! Katz Deli/Morning Star cafe on 2nd Ave for food 24/7/Tick Tock Diner at The New Yorker Hotel for food 24/7/ Pig 'n' Whistle on 2nd Ave - Great food & beers & atmosphere, think there are a few other Pig 'n' whistles dotted about. If you find yourself near Bleecker Street call in to Magnolia bakery for the best cup cakes ever! Just don't try & carry three in one hand & then drop them all icing side down in front of everyone! If you have time in Buffalo check out Chee Chee Burger for a proper old school diner, great food & amazing milk shakes! Also another must in Buffalo go to Anchor Bar - The home of Buffalo wings, great food, beer & a really cool place, motorbikes suspended from the ceilings, memorabilia etc! There is a big shopping mall in Buffalo too, did a fair bit of shopping there if you have time. Have a great time, not jealous in the slightest!

My wife bought a a Grade III Maxus which is great & the timber on the stock & forend is stunning! She gets on really well with it & after a session on the clays with it I went out & purchased a Composite Maxus, can not fault either of them so far. I went for the 28" barrels as this is still a little longer in the barrel than my Beretta, I have to put a butt extension pad on mine due to having leg arms but not a problem, also very easy to strip & clean. Would of gone for the Carbon Fibre but the composite came up at the right price. Like others have said you won't go wrong with any of the Maxus range.

Take a look at Vilamoura, portugal! 3 hours flight, Manchester to Faro, Vilamoura is only 20 mins from Faro airport. Owners direct, Clever details are very good, my folks used them last year & Dorothy was a great help arranging transfers & car hire too! We are going back again this year in september & highly recommend the Algarve, I would also recommend hiring a car depending on location.

I use the Mozilla Fire fox app on my iPad for flash.

I wish I could you use your excuse but the Mrs turned & said 'what happened to being Patient' 'Well one came up for sale new, to good to turn down' 'you mean you thought I must have one after I just bought mine'!! 'Er, Er, yeah you got me there'

Good luck with the potential new venture Halight! As previous posts, do your research & homework, double check the figures & then check them again, Diversify as much as possible, get as much info & advice as you can, website or web presence is a must, get a good accountant that is switched on! Keep on top of paperwork, don't let it pile up & catch up with you at the end of the tax year, It soon mounts up as your business grows  ! Sit down & discuss this in length with family & friends, most importantly your partner/wife & make sure they are 100% behind you if you go for it! I got sick of my old job, ground hog day & no end product, with no thanks for all the hard graft! After talking a good game for 3 years I finally pulled my finger out of my **** & quit my job so that I had no choice but to put my years of talking into action. I sat down with my then girlfriend at the time & family to discuss my plan & see what they thought. They all backed me to the hilt & said they would help in any way they could. I went away & retrained as a tiler as I wanted to gain a trade, after we bought our first property I really enjoyed a number of jobs that I did myself whilst renovating. I also had a number of friends & contacts in the building industry both domestic & commercial which was a bonus, when starting out, so I thought! I was offered a job whilst still training but got shafted when it came to me actually starting, so I took the plunge of going self employed on my own! After I had finished retraining I had nothing but my tools to my name & I didn't drive! I had my work gear logo'd up, business cards printed & away I went! This was 5 years ago at the start of the 'recession' & a few people thought I was mad to go it alone. After a year or so I realised that I was missing a trick just having one trade & one string to my bow. 5 years down the line I am now trained as a plumber & a plasterer & I also joined forces with a good friend I went to college with, who is also multi skilled but his main trade is joinery. From starting out as a tiler I now specialise in tiling, bathroom & kitchen installations. I passed my test along the way & started off with a beat up old VW Caddy that one of my old fellas friends sold me to get me on my way to buying a 08 transit 12 months ago. Its great that I now enjoy my work as there is an end product at the end which gives me the satisfaction I just didn't get from my old job even though I was earning good money. All I'll say is its not been easy & a barrel of laughs (no pun intended) over the last 5 years, I've learnt by my mistakes & will keep on learning as long as I'm self employed. Ive been helped out by family physically, emotionally & financially & couldn't of succeeded so far without them. Some months can be average, the odd month can be poor & some months can be bloody brilliant but at times I do question, is this all really worth it due to the added pressure & stress, the long hours etc but I've come this far & Im not going to give in & throw it all away after all the hard work I've put in! If your savvy & don't give up I hope you can be successful in your potential new venture & I wish you all the best!
