Was out last night at a new permission, saw loads of bunnys including a few coloured ones. Alas my HW97K decided to throw a wobbly and the trigger wouldnt work. When i got back it was the pin that holds the blade that had come out on one side. :/

Heh nope lined up the 1st one, took up the 1st stage, gently squeezed and ... nothing , was more a recce of the new perm anyway but next tme i`ll check the pin before i set off.Its seven miles from my house and i have to travel by motorbike so i think the pin worked lose on the journey. My other permissions are all walking distance so havnt encountered this problem before.

I like Port Isaac, I have fished on Winnie the Pooh in Port Isaac, read the web page for those who do not believe... Port Isaac I have never been shooting in Cornwall, but I have done loads of fishing down there! Oh and hunting of the great Pasty (Redruth, the shop up the West End, best pasties in the UK there)!

Heh nice one mole thats Berrymans pastys in Redruth they are indeed mighty fine :)

And yeah Ant not many woodys about here either but rabbit numbers are steadly improving after about ten years of not seeing many at all due to a massive bout of mixy. I read on other forums that up the line is starting to get hit bad again. All three of my perms have healthy bunnys with clear eyes :good: , Of course the downside is the local syndicate are still out lamping the hell of of my two main perms in a landrover but some of the fields are to steep and they cant be bothered with them so ive still got enough to keep the freezer full as long as i manage them correctly. Im planning on getting out with the lamp bleedy early this year and getting them very lamp shy to p*** off the syndicate boys but i expect they use NV anyway.
