AlistairB
Collective PW wisdom, i'm thinking of ordering some extended chokes for my Silver Pigeon 5, however, no where in the book does it say if the are Mobil or Optima it refers to them as Mobil/Optima. I think some of the SP range have had Optima in the past, so i dont want to order the wrong ones. Can anyone advise me? Thanks AB

BRAD1927
This Silver Pigeon is only available with 30in barrels and 3in (76mm) chambers, that allow it to be used with steel shot, should the need ever arise. As this gun is intended for serious Sporting use, the makers have bored the barrels and chokes on their own Optima system for reduced recoil and better patterning characteristics. Enhanced pattern quality is achieved by using longer than standard flush fiting choke tubes.

I think a call to GMK will be required once i'm home and can get onto their website for the phone number! (firewall blah blah blah) Cheers AB
