The online section makes the questions a piece of cake, couple it with reading the book you should breeze it. On our course it was pretty interesting some had used the online revision a fair bit and found the course easy a couple hadn't and they struggled. The online version is excellent because you can simply keep doing it and slowly but surely the scores get better. The other thing to make sure you read well are the questions for the safety walk as they take a bit of memorising especially putting the steps into words that you would do routinely. ajm1979
I had never done any kind of deer stalking before I did my DSC1, I used the Jelen disc and thoroughly read the manual a couple of times, our instructor was superb and went through everything in detail. Just enjoy it is my advice!

Gimlet
The other thing to make sure you read well are the questions for the safety walk as they take a bit of memorising especially putting the steps into words that you would do routinely. That is a good point. When I did my course a couple of people failed on the safety questions because they forgot one of the points in their answers. (Safety answers have to be 100%). A good way to remember everything is to write the questions and answers out in your own words ensuring you've answered every point. Takes a while but memorizing your own phrasing is somehow easier than learning by rote something someone else has written. I guess it concentrates the mind on the substance of what is written rather than just the sequence of words.
