Vermincinerator
I hope there are some wild plant experts on here who could help identify this plant that is growing all over one of my permissions They grow up to 4ft tall and are spiney underleaf, the ground is very sandy and the rabbits are feeding on the smaller younger plants. any thoughts? Thanks. Ian.
Drayman
Think its a teazel - should get the classic seed heads later in the year.
Gizza22196
Yep, they are teazel, got loads around a couple of sandy/gravely parts on ours where an old quarry was
Scully
Definitely Teazle.Spuggies etc love their seeds later in the year, and they were once popular in dried flower arrangements....until people realised just how they tend to take over a garden.Spread like hell!
