The Essex Hunter
At what point to pigeons stop feeding on peas? or do they? is it alright to keep shooting though-out there growth? Cheers Andrwe If they are feeding on the peas, there will be a good chance they are getting in a little patch out of the way.. So if they are feeding then there will be a chance of a shoot…However finding the shot birds in the long peas will result in a lot of damage to the crop. So that will shorten your relationship with farmer very quickly. But if you are lucky and set up so you can kill them in the shorter stuff give it a bash.. Go and have a look! You just never know until you get walking…. TEH
shootnfish
At what point to pigeons stop feeding on peas? or do they? is it alright to keep shooting though-out there growth? Cheers Andrwe on the farms we shoot that have peas we shoot right through. even if they are 3ft high without any complaints from the farmers. but we do have a good dog each that does help. Sprackles
saw the first field being vined today. Only seems a few weeks since it was drilled. Not very tall at all.
