If you can find it in asian grocers Mr Naga is a rather nice naga pickle.

The Chilli Jam Man makes some great naga based preserves too (he also sells dried whole naga's and naga flakes) http://www.thechillijamman.com/ .

I managed to get four naga seeds to germinate this year and, although there's not been much sunshine to speak of, they're coming on OK.

...and yes, whilst they're quite hot, naga's have a lovely smokey flavour.

I'm growing some Trinidad Scorpion, Butch T strain.......said to be the hottest EVER grown, will let you have a try if I manage to grow any: I won't even consider eating them, just want to grow the little darlings!:good:

If you do manage to get 'em to fruit, I'd be happy to nip o'er t'hill to pick up a few seeds. ;)

+1 for Mr Naga, it seems to go with almost everything  personally I find it gives Heinz vegetable soup a wonderful kick!

Watch this space my Yorks neighbour! :good:

Can you eat them raw tho?

I've not sampled any of that strain before but, I'd imagine that they would taste better when cooked.

I can handle quite a lot of chilli heat but, I'd not want to do anything daft. ;)
